The conditions of decision making in transactions of linked enterprises

Abstract

Na podstawie wyników badań przedstawiono problematykę cen transferowych. Źródłem wyników danych w badaniach były opinie kilkudziesięciu spółek w Polsce, należących do grup kapitałowych. Jako platformę oceny wyników przyjęto proces podejmowania decyzji w transakcjach między podmiotami powiązanymi w grupie kapitałowej. Zamieszczone w artykule konkluzje są wynikiem odniesień do wyników badań prowadzonych wcześniej przez inne ośrodki.
