Commentary: Will Smaller Powers Obtain WMDs?

Abstract

The Russo–Ukrainian War and resulting decline of the post‐1945 world order suggest that relatively weaker countries may try to deter larger powers with weapons of mass destruction. 俄乌战争以及由此导致的1945年后世界秩序的衰落表明, 相对较弱的国家可能会试图用大规模杀伤性武器来威慑大国。 La guerra ruso‐ucraniana y el consiguiente declive del orden mundial posterior a 1945 sugieren que los países relativamente más débiles podrían intentar disuadir a las potencias más grandes con armas de destrucción masiva.
