Abstract

In this commentary, I contend that the erosion of universal values as a factor in Israel's international relations, the conduct of its military forces, and the public discourse on the Israel–Palestine conflict are among the dire consequences of the Gaza war. All these things are gaining traction as Prime Minister Netanyahu grows emboldened by Trump's support.
