Supporting the development of CCUS in the UK

Abstract

During the summer break it can be useful to know what is on the ‘post holiday’ agenda so that one can move into the final part of the year with a sense of purpose. A report from the UK Government, published in the summer, makes it clear that if the UK is to play a role where carbon capture is concerned then there really is no time to waste. Deployment of capacity is at a now or never stage. GHGS&T's Muriel Cozier looks at the main findings from the report and summarises reaction. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry and John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
