Abstract

W artykule skoncentrowano się na zagadnieniu oddziaływania kultury na karierę pracowników. Dokonano interpretacji pojęcia kariery, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej współczesnego rozumienia. Skoncentrowano się na zagadnieniu internalizacji wartości. Zwrócono uwagę na znaczenie kultury organizacyjnej w kształtowaniu kariery - kariery postrzeganej w perspektywie podmiotowej, jako identyfikację z grupą zawodową, postrzeganej z perspektywy organizacji oraz otoczenia. W szczególności problem dotyczy kultury organizacyjnej jako pochodnej kultur środowiskowych pracowników.
