Abstract

Artykuł przedstawia osiąganie poziomów dojrzałości projektowej i prezentuje badania przedsiębiorstwa V dotyczące budowania dojrzałości projektowej organizacji przez zespół projektowy podczas tworzenia nowej kolekcji odzieży damskiej. Wyniki badań odnoszą się do pięciu zagadnień: obszarów wiedzy projektowej, budowania struktury wspólnych procesów, budowania jednej metodyki, rodzajów benchmarkingu i stosowania idei ciągłego doskonalenia w przedsiębiorstwie. Badania identyfikują luki w osiągnięciu dojrzałości projektowej i luki w wiedzy projektowej w badanym przedsiębiorstwie, co dostarcza wskazówek i rekomendacji na przyszłość.
