Management Information in Administration Systems

Abstract

Management information is the basis for decision making. The essential meaning of the management information is noticed in the administrative systems, through the analysis of the character and usefulness of the management information, as legal information that is published in the form of internal and external legal acts. Specification of the legal acts, connected with the activities of the administrative unit, requires undertaking of certain methodology of the conduct. Process approach, based on the specification of the processes realized in the administrative unit and related legal acts, is suggested. Case study related to a faculty at the University is an example of the use of presented proposal.
