House Price Dynamics In Bulgaria Presented Through Japanese Candlesticks And Related Charts For Technical Analysis

Abstract

Introduction to Japanese price charts such as candlesticks (regular and Heikin-Ashi), Renko (bricks) and Kagi (pipes). Brief history of how the rice trade in Japan turned into a prerequisite for the candlestick chart origination as a mean for tracking and projecting prices of underlying assets. Basic principles of Homma Constitution. Description of a candlestick structure and the purpose of its elements. Applying the presented techniques for depicting the house price dynamics in Bulgaria since 2005. Analysis of the observed patterns in each chart and conclusions about the probable short-term house price trend.
