Abstract

The aim of the author in this report is to examine some of the main factors influencing the real estate market in the context of the global pandemic of COVID-19. The issue of the real estate market is complex and is determined by a number of external and internal factors. It is also important for the proper functioning of the development of the national economy and its sectors. Due to the nature and specifics of this market, the process of identifying certain trends in terms of its development is challenging. Emphasis is placed on certain macroeconomic aggregates, given their highest impact on the development of the real estate market.
