Abstract

Formation of innovation touristic clusters are considered as a complex development mechanism that ensures the growth of the competitiveness of the territory on the basis of synergistic effects of mutual support for the development of some industries and projects by others. This effect is possible due to territorial self-organization and partnership, which ensure the formation of an innovative community as a subject of territorial development, acting in partnership with business, central and local authorities. Innovative tourism clusters can act as a mechanism for attracting investment in the region's economy. The use of the cluster approach can become a fairly promising basis, capable of creating new forms of combining knowledge, and will indirectly support the sphere of education, science and business.
