Abstract

The modern age is that of digitalization. It is present in every aspect of people's lives, and this makes it a way of doing business. It is considered that the more technologically developed companies, using if not a fully digitized channel, then omnichannelity, have an advantage in the realization of their product. The purpose of this article is to provide some arguments that prove or disprove this assumption.
