Public Principles Of The Electronic Healthcare – Legal Frame And Ethical Aspects

Abstract

The report analyses the essence of the principles of electronic healthcare as a priority European politics. Though clarification of the leading and stated in the strategic documents tendencies and directions of establishing and development are clarified their character, specificities and application guarantees.Based on the exposition are made conclusions for the importance of the principles, in the frames of their normative regulation as well as guaranteeing of ethic norms in social relations.
