Mediation In Educational Institutions - Way To Reduce Aggression Among Children

Abstract

The report examines the application of mediation in educational institutions as a way to reduce aggression among children. The aim of the present work is to present mediation as a method that builds a new model of behavior to reduce aggression among children. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn regarding the importance of applying mediation in educational institutions. To achieve the set goal, the author examines the legal regulation of mediation, the application of mediation in educational institutions, the possibility of upgrading the knowledge of management teams and the use of mediation techniques to reduce aggression among children.
