For more than two years, organizations have been facing a global crisis - the Covid-19 pandemic. It forced the search for new ways of doing things. In this regard, the aim of this report is to analyze the crisis faced by organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic and to highlight the opportunities provided by the digitization of processes to address many of its challenges. A prerequisite for this is the development of information technologies and the widespread spread of the Internet.
