Abstract

The purpose of this work is to examine the role of management in providing OHS for the staff of the LH. A key part of the OHS policy is the risk assessment for each workplace and the subsequent implementation of the Risk Reduction and Minimisation Plan. A pro-active attitude of health care managers towards risk management is a guarantee to ensure OSH for workers - a prerequisite for sustainable quality of health care.
