Some Aspects Of The Independence Of The Judiciary

Abstract

The article is devoted to the budget of the judicial power as a form of the principle of independence of this power. After the adoption of amendments to the Law on the Judiciary and the determination of a specific procedure for the adoption and amendment of the budget in this area, the question arises whether, when and how the legislative power, ignoring these new rules, can make changes to the budget of the judiciary.
