Abstract

The constitutional and legal status of entrepreneurial activity remains one of the topical issues that have not yet found a complete scientific solution. Today everyone knows that entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of the state economy takes a worthy place, degree and level. Today, the development and development of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan is manifested as the core of the ongoing economic reforms.
