Abstract

The specificity of the different types of administrative acts puts us in front of the obligation to thoroughly study the content and objectives set with their issuance and to make a correct assessment of who are the specific addressees and what are the legal consequences. The need for precision to knowledge of the nature of administrative acts gives confidence to know in depth the affected rights and legitimate interests of the addressees, and hence the acquisition of knowledge about the overall regulation of public relations in the field of administrative law at a particular time of objective reality.
