Virtual Instruments for Software Development in Starting Software Company

Abstract

The article defines the meaning of term starting software company, the goals and targets it should meet to reach its key goal as organization. The main goal is to develop one or more products and services to prove their expediency, feasibility and market potential. In the article there are arguments about importance of the special attention to the virtual instruments which allow to reach these goals. The existing virtual instruments are reviewed and classified according to agile methodologies for new business, new product and new software development. The article shows that it is possible with existing virtual instruments and information systems to develop a new software product with effective resource use in innovative company.
