Abstract

Nowadays one of the key factors for increasing the efficiency of shopping malls is the intensive and appropriate use of information technology. The automation of activities and processes brings a number of benefits both for the management of the shopping center and for its tenants and consumers. Efficiency needs to be defined, planned, forecast and analyzed in order to be managed successfully. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to examine the current state of information management in shopping malls and to consider the possibilities of implementing modern information technology and databases.
