Abstract

In the article “It’s the Smell: How Resolving Uncertainty about Local Disamenities Can Affect the Housing Market,” by Jeff Chen, Gary Cornwall, and Scott Wentland, published in the February 2026 issue of Land Economics (vol. 102 [1] 49–75), the bottom part of Figure 4 on page 66 was incorrect. It has been corrected in the digital edition.
