Abstract

Paper purpose - Organizations mostly have several information systems conducting operations in its business most of the time these systems are hardly communicating cause it may belong to an old generation or it is modern but serve different needs or causes or cannot be integrated with new versions which reflects instantly on the day to day operation efficiency costing more time to get to targets in a sophisticated world where every second counts to differ firms competitive advantages between each other’s and investing a huge amounts of money in systems which no need or less productive , in this paper I will present how integrated systems with new technologies bring various benefits on all work process in the organization and how could it reduce the business complexity levels to minimum based on new Microsoft business package known as business dynamics in this category answering a vital question what is the necessity of having an integrated MIS systems in organizations Approach/method – To find the answers several qualitative interviews were carried out. Findings Using MIS in organizations decrease business complexity, (ERP) software computerizes many of processes and procedures of organization operations and could be integrated easily and Information can flow faster through the organization Originality/value-The paper discuss various MIS applications and their effect on organizations.
