Modernization of Russian economy and problems of improving the business law

Abstract

The paper provides background of the formation of science-based concept of modernization of Russia as a whole and the national economy in particular through the improvement of business law. The basic provisions of the new Code of entrepreneurship are suggested. The necessity of developing a new concept of the national economy management in Russia — the concept of the state socially oriented capitalism is substantiated.
