Interface of regional and internal labor markets of industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region

Abstract

Development processes of the singular local markets (both regional and internal) in the context of institutional establishment of the Russian labor market have been considered in the article. Description of identification signs of internal labor markets of organizations has been presented; an analysis of regional market determinants in the Sverdlovsk region has been carried out. Based on the dynamic model of labor demand and determination of cumulative cost for personnel, various patterns of behavior of internal labor markets of industrial companies of the Sverdlovsk region have been revealed.
