Special economic zones as instrument of regional antirecessionary politics

Abstract

Functioning characteristics and possibility of Special Economic Zones (SEZs) using as an instrument of regional antirecessionary politics, particularly as equalization policy of Russian region’s social-economy development are considered in the article. Significance of SEZs for forming of national innovation system in recession’s conditions is viewed.
