Integral estimate of population’s living standards and life quality in Northwest Federal District subjects

Abstract

In the article suggests the integral methods for estimation of population’s living standards in Northwest Federal District subjects. It allows to determine indexes which require additional stimulation in order to improve overall condition of the issue under investigation. According to calculated and assigned indexes it is constructed cartographic diagrams and classification of Northwest Federal District subjects. It is given a comparative evaluation of living standards and quality of life indexes. It determines the incidence of living standards on its qualitative characteristics.
