What Russian government during crisis of global currency-financial system should do

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis and an estimation of the reasons of crisis of global currency-financial system. The mechanism of increasing of a supply and demand disbalance of dollar that leads to falling of an US dollar exchange rate. It leads to losing of accumulation of the investors which use dollar tools.. The conclusion about insufficiency of the anti-recessionary measures undertaken by monetary US authorities was substantiated that provokes increase and expansion of the crisis phenomena in economy on a global scale. The suggestions were formulated that are directed on avoidance of superfluous risks that are caused by self-damage of a dollar financial pyramid, on transformation of Russia into the independent financial centre.
