Financial stability of small business: the estimation and dynamics of regional development

Abstract

In clause the problem of an estimation of financial stability of the enterprises of small business is considered. It is offered to use traditional indicators of an estimation of the financial stability, describing it in the short-term period, and such indicators as equation of monetary streams, qualitative risk-management, a level Ð´Ð¸Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ business and competitive position of the company for an estimation of stability in the long-term period. On the basis of data of statistical supervision over small enterprises the estimation of dynamics of results of financial activity and financial stability of small enterprises of Sverdlovsk area is lead to 2001 – 2005 is drawn a conclusion about low parameters of solvency and financial stability of small enterprises of region in comparison with normative parameters and data on the large and average enterprises. The measures directed on increase of financial stability of the enterprises of small business are offered.
