System of criteria of the estimation of projects of social and economic development of region in the context of steady development

Abstract

In article methodical questions of formation of programs of regional development in view of single separate territories are considered. The system of integrated parameters for an ecological and economic estimation of economic projects, and also calculation of size of the additional charges connected with damage to an environment is presented. Use of the specified parameters will provide an opportunity of the proved choice of the most effective projects with a view of achievement of stability of development of territory.
