Problems of activization of innovative activity in the context of formation of regional innovative systems

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of results lead by Institute of economy of the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Science in The Ural Federal district of expert sociological interrogation of heads of the scientific organizations, the industrial enterprises and representatives of authorities, in clause the condition of the basic components of innovative system of regions of district is investigated, acute problems of its construction are revealed most, the estimation of efficiency spent as on federal, and regional levels, a state policy on formation domestic is given, a state policy on formation of domestic innovative system and prime measures on activization of innovative activity in regions are offered.
