The development of innovative economy and problem of a professional training

Abstract

The article is devoted to the one of actual problems - to a professional training in conditions of development of innovative economy. The place of Russia in the world innovative economy is shown. The most important tasks of management by a manpower are formulated in view of branch distinctions in a payment, changes of structure of employment of the population. Two most mass strategy - professional adaptation and retraining are investigated on the basis of the analysis of the big data file as variants of a decision of the problem. The reasons of an inefficiency of present system of the higher professional education are revealed.
