North congress: resource potential of regions in the solving of questions of social evolution

Abstract

In the article, the main priorities of the social-economic evolution of the Republics committee are portrayed. It looks upon its unique natural resource potential, where a special place is reserved by the rich mineral base. At the same time the grading of the economic component, it focuses on the work dealing with the evolution of the social factor and the gatherings put together in order to focus on the positive results in the obtainment of a solid level and quality of life for the population. North committees help to find the steps in the development that would bring positive results in the north territories. Recommendations of these committees are well used in the development of acquiring methods of strategic character in the social and economic development on the semi-urgent perspective.
