Structure discrepancies of demand and supply on labor market as a base of regional unemployment

Abstract

In this article the reasons of discrepancies of structure of supply and demand on a regional labor market in the Chelyabinskaya area are examined. Materials of the reporting of regional service of employment are widely used, a number of recommendations on smoothing contradictions on a regional labor market is given.
