System classification of the factors of stable development in monotechnic territory

Abstract

The questions under consideration are connected to the selection and systematization of the factors that influence the stability of the development of a regional monotechnic system. The recommendations are represented to widen actual classifications with the groups of administrative factors characterizing the territorial administrative level. The factors have been selected to take into account while developing the strategy of the stable development in monotechnic territorial system. The suggestions are made to form the rehabilitation mechanism for depressive monotechnic primary resources territories on the ground of the rational combination of methods of economic, institutional, managerial, technological and other support, as well as by means of providing stimulation of maximum independent activity of local commercial subjects.
