Social and labor relations regulation in economy of Russia

Abstract

The focus of the paper is on the regulation of social and labor relations peculiar to the current economic situation in Russia. The author substantiates the need for regulation of social and labor relations, identifies and characterizes different levels of regulatory activities involving development of the appropriate regulatory procedures forming the basis for regulating these relations (legislation, agreements, labor condition statutes, etc.), and, also, defines the goals of the regulation. The paper presents analyses of social partnership system as a key approach to the regulation of social and labor relations. The issues of regulation of social and labor relations are discussed at the federal, regional, municipal and local levels.
