Abstract

Ð ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ учет или игнорирование Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ фактора, как правило, ведет к Ñ ÐµÑ€ÑŒÐµÐ·Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ ошибкам в управлении Ñ Ð¾Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾-Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¸Ð¼ развитием любого Ñ…Ð¾Ð·Ñ Ð¹Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ объекта на макро-, мезо-, мини- или микроуровне Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸ÐºÐ¸.
