Abstract

The necessity of a permanent adjustment and adaptation to technological and organizational innovation processes by companies and their workers, demands a formative level answers. In that context permanent education became a high priority subject for superior education institutions or companies. The answer to these necessities may be found in the development of virtual communities of learning, that working as social networks promote the development of the intellectual capital of their members through their relations. The paper explores the models of permanent learning for to be used by a (VLE: virtual learning environment) of small and medium companies virtual community in Bahía Blanca, Argentina
