Abstract

Alors que les politiques de réduction de l’offre de travail âgé s’étaient multipliées depuis la fin des années soixante-dix, l’heure est désormais à la prolongation de la vie active. Les perspectives de pénuries de main d’oeuvre et de difficultés financières des systèmes de retraites expliquent ce revirement auquel les gouvernements de l’Union ont parfois du mal à s’adapter.
