Evaluation du programme Léonardo dans son application en France

Abstract

Parmi les programmes d'action communautaire, celui consacré à la formation professionnelle a été placé sous la figure éponyme de Leonardo da Vinci, pour souligner que les instances européennes en attendent une contribution aux innovations qui dynamisent l'économie. Mis en route en 1995, il a été renouvelé pour 7 ans à partir de cette année 2000. Il bénéficiera de 1,15 milliard d'euros, après les 750 millions engagés pendant les 5 années de Leonardo I. Avec l'achèvement de la première phase du programme devait être effectuée une évaluation de son application dans chaque pays de l'Union. Ce sont les conclusions du rapport français qui vont être présentées ici.
