Abstract

L’accord de l’Eurogroupe du 21 juin a donné une meilleure marge de manœuvre pour la gestion de la dette grecque. Celle-ci n’est pas synonyme d’une dette soutenable mais offre à la Grèce une opportunité à saisir. [14]
