Le détachement des travailleurs dans l’Union Européenne : A travail égal, salaire égal ?

Abstract

La Commission Européenne a proposé en mars 2016 une modification de la directive détachement des travailleurs. L’application de cette directive, ainsi que ses principes fondateurs, font en effet l’objet de critiques, notamment depuis l’adoption de la célèbre directive « Bolkestein » en 2006. Si un groupe de pays soutient l’initiative de la Commission, un deuxième groupe s’y oppose. Cet article fait le point sur les enjeux de cette modification.
