Abstract

Les Etats-Unis et l’Union européenne ont entamé des négociations en vue d’établir un partenariat approfondi pour le commerce et l’investissement à l’horizon 2015. Alors que les négociations ont débuté dans une certaine indifférence, elles soulèvent désormais de rudes critiques, surtout en provenance de la société civile. Ces réactions obligent les négociateurs à plus de transparence et à réviser certaines lignes directrices. Ici, ce sont les citoyens qui administrent une leçon de démocratie aux Etats. Mais la leçon sera-t-elle suivie de réels effets ?
