Abstract

Comme chaque année, la Commission des Communautés Européennes vient de publier ses recommandations concernant « Les Grandes Orientations des Politiques Economiques en Europe ». Le texte, rendu public le 11 avril 2000, propose des orientations générales au niveau de l’Union Européenne qu’il traduit ensuite au niveau de chaque pays membre. Un an après l’introduction de l’Euro, et malgré son expérience mouvementée, la Commission demeure très largement calée sur ses convictions passées.
