A quoi sert le Parlement européen ?

Abstract

Nous allons élire en mai 2014 nos députés européens. Cet article présente la place originale du Parlement européen dans l’espace politique. Il montre que son pouvoir est encore très limité par le poids de l’intergouvernemental. Mais c’est en votant pour lui que nous pourrons lui donner les moyens de peser sur l’évolution de l’Union européenne.
