L’aide publique au développement de l’Union européenne dans un contexte de crise

Abstract

Dans un contexte de crise qui touche aussi bien les pays du Nord que ceux du Sud, l’aide publique au développement des pays de l’OCDE a baissé, en termes absolus, en 2009. La baisse de l’aide de l’UE, qui est le premier donateur de l’OCDE, affecte plus particulièrement les pays africains.
