Abstract

« L’observation des marchés financiers modernes m’a parfois conduit à conclure que faire de l’acquisition d’un investissement un choix permanent et irrévocable, sauf en cas de décès ou force majeure comme lors d’un mariage, pourrait être un remède efficace contre les maux de notre époque. » « C’est pourquoi je considère qu’une socialisation assez large de l’investissement s’avèrera le seul moyen de tendre vers le plein emploi, ce qui n’exclut pas que l’Etat coopère avec le secteur privé grâce à divers arrangements et procédures. » John Maynard Keynes [2]
