Abstract

En matière d’emploi et de formation, l’Union européenne s’est dotée, depuis 1995, de nouveaux instruments qui rythment l’évolution des politiques nationales et communautaires. LDE, PAN et Livres blanc ou vert marquent clairement la volonté d’orienter et de coordonner les politiques aussi dans ces domaines.
