Abstract

Chaque année, la Commission des Communautés Européennes définitles « Grandes Orientations des Politiques Economiques » (GOPE). Celles-ci comportent des orientations générales destinées à l’ensemble des Etats membres et des orientations spécifiques destinées à chaque Etat membre. Elles reçoivent une traduction concrète dans les différents pays de l’Union Européenne. Le texte qui suit fait le point sur les orientations générales à destination des pays de la zone Euro que la Commission a rendues publiques le 30 mars 1999.
