Abstract

El turismo esta actualmente tomando nuevos horizontes dando paso a nuevas tecnologías mas productivas y eficientes, en donde los cambios en el comportamiento y en los valores de los consumidores constituyen un factor critico para el desarrollo de nuevos destinos turísticos y la potenciación de los existentes en los países en vías de desarrollo. Es por ello que la transformación de la gestión logística como función clave en la industria turística pudiera representar el paradigma que añadiría valor al producto turístico.
