Abstract

En este artículo, el autor trata sobre la doctrina del Nuevo Ideal Nacional, que orientó filosóficamente las acciones del Gobierno de Marcos Pérez Jiménez durante el período 1950-58. Se discute, la definición de la doctrina, las fuentes de su inspiración, así como su conformación informal como una suerte de plan económico del régimen.
